About this item
Note: These are the bumper inlets only. Ducting, hose clamps and the bracket that aims the duct at the brake (a dust shield or similar) aren't included. The install guide lists what we use.
Brake duct inlets that mount in place of the fog lights on the 2001-2005 Miata, so you can feed air to the front brakes without drilling or cutting the bumper. We made them because the Miata's small wheels limit big brake options, and some race classes restrict brake upgrades anyway. More cooling is how you get the most out of the brakes you're allowed to run.
Each inlet bolts in with a backplate and the three stock fog light screws. Pick 2.5" or 3.0": the 2.5" is easier to fit and route, the 3.0" flows more air. The catch is that the fog lights come out. We design and 3D print them in-house, and run them on our own cars.
